Daizy Lal, a seasoned F&B and operations specialist, began her career with the Taj Group of Hotels and went on to lead large-scale projects as COO at INOX Leisure and Chief Operating Officer at Jio World Centre, where she was also part of the core launch team at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC).
Known as a woman of detail with a creative mindset, Daizy has always loved taking on projects across varied spheres and turning them into successful business enterprises. Now, she channels her 30+ years of experience into Alaya Artistry, blending her deep understanding of operations with her love for art, travel, and Aesthetics.

Jasmer Puri, a native of Bangalore and now based in Mumbai, is a respected entrepreneur with a strong legacy in hospitality, integrated facility management, and sports ownership. As Joint Owner of Dusters Total Solutions Services Pvt. Ltd. (DTSS), he helped scale the company into one of India’s foremost Integrated Facility Management (IFM) providers, serving over 1,200 client locations and employing 30,000+ people.
His leadership guided DTSS through a landmark merger in 2008 and its strategic integration with the SIS Group in 2016, expanding the company’s presence across 50+ cities. Passionate about nurturing communities, he is also investing in the growing sport of pickleball and paddle courts, while pursuing his personal interests as an avid golfer and co-owner of the Mumbai Warriors in the Trinity Golf League, as well as a certified scuba diver with over 165 dives across global destinations.
Together, Jasmer and Daizy envisioned Alaya Artistry as more than an art brand—it is a sanctuary of creativity and consciousness, bringing together artists, collectors, and spaces through pieces that evoke serenity, balance, and connection.
